Mick Hayes, a New Zealand national, has a long history of involvement and innovation in the Landmine and UXO sectors. Mick served in both the Royal New Zealand Engineer Corp (RNZE) and Royal Australian Engineer Corp (RAE). Mick has worked globally in the demining / UXO industry for the past 20+ years, where he has held many advisory, senior advisory and management positions respectively.
